37 degree lumbar scoliosis w severe stenosis and flat back syndrome fixed this am

Preop status: barely able to stand and walk just a few feet w severe pain. Surgical time: 3h 40 minutes.
EBL 1100 cc.
Blood transfused none.
Surgical deformity correction: very good.
