Lumbar scoliosis and spinal stenosis fixed this afternoon
28 degree scoliosis w stenosis and Spondylolisthesis. T12-iac wing instrumentation and fusion w 3 level lumbar laminectomy. Total surgical time: 2 hrs 45 minutes. Ebl: 1100 cc. Blood transfused: none. Correction:excellent. No XLIF needed.
