"How straight do you want to be?"

In preop this morning, our 17 yo young lady w adolescent idiopathic scoliosis' answer: "As straight as possible!!"

Mission accomplished this morning.
T5-L3 instrumentation and fusion.
Surgical time: 2 hour 32 min.
EBL: 350 cc
Cell saver returned: 120 cc.
Blood transfused: none.
Complications: none.
Correction: excellent.
