Major kyphosis and spondylolisthesis correction for this 60 yo woman today

Preop kyphosis was 79 degrees.
T2-Iliac wing instrumentation and fusion. L5 Gill procedure.
Did well.
Surg time 5 hrs.
Excellent correction. No more "hump"!
