Wow. That's a tight spinal stenosis w disc herniation!
Fixed this morning along w degenerative scoliosis. L2-iliac wing instrumentation fusion an revision laminectomies. Ebl: 600 cc Blood transfused: none. Surgical time: 3 hrs 10 min. Complications: none.
