Got a call just now form pt and his son.
He is postop from recent ldf and fell last night and hit his wound on end table. It is slightly swollen and slightlyred but no drainage.
Assessment: contusion. Unlikely disrupted hrdware which was his concern.
Plan:
Reassurance
Ice
Call if drainage
Call mon and come to see us if incr pain and swell.
