Afternoon surgery today: approx 70 yo w degenerative scoliosis, flat back syndrome, spondylolisthesis, and sever 4 level stenosis.

Could barely walk preop.
L1-Iliac wing instrum and fusion w 4 level lumbar laminectomies and osteotomies.
Surgical time: 3 hours.
EBL: 1200 cc
Blood transfused: none.
Correction: good in both planes. Lordosis dramatically improved.
