L5S1 spondylolisthesis and flat back syndrome w severe degeneration below scoliosis fusion fixed today w anterior ALIF L5S1, and posterior L3-Iliac wing extension instrumentation and fusion w posterior osteotomy

Surgical time: 4 hrs 10 minutes for full front and back (A/P)
estimated blood loss (EBL): 300 cc.
Room aura: excellent.
Deformity correction: excellent - 75 degrees of post surgical lordosis.
Postop location: ortho floor.
