Dr. Hey,
Just wanted to send you a quick email to express how wonderful Brittany was at an appointment for my mother, Grace ________ yesterday...
Mom is one of your patients that you are monitoring on a yearly basis. She had recently taken a fall and wanted to follow up with your office to ensure that she did not have any damage to her hips and lower back due to the injury.
Brittany spend so much time with us answering all of Mom's questions and really was attentive to all her needs. She is a very thoughtful lady and never appeared to be in a hurry or bothered by the need to go into detail with all of our questions and comments.
As a business woman myself, I realize the value of surrounding yourself with experience, knowledge and compassionate professionals to ensure that clients are well taken care of in every detail. Brittany is just that addition to your already wonderful team...
Just wanted to let you know that we are very pleased...
Have a wonderful week..............Sue
How can we care for scoliosis and kyphosis and spondylolisthesis better with conservative care like physical therapy, high-tech scoliosis braces, exercise and other techniques? What can be done to improve surgical care, and understand choices for surgery, learning from those around the world? How can we learn from aviation and from Deming's principles of "Standard Work" to constantly improve spine and all healthcare?
